Register your PennKey
Create your PennKey username and set/reset your password by using a PennKey Setup Code.
PennKey Recovery Service settings
Enroll in the PennKey Recovery Service or update your security questions to reset your PennKey password online.
Request a PennKey Setup Code
Order a Setup Code to be sent to your address of record via postal mail.
Change your PennKey password
Change your PennKey password if you know your current password. NOTE: If you ever believe your password has been compromised, change it immediately and notify the Office of Information Security at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Test your PennKey username and/or password
Test your PennKey to see if it's working properly.
