Important information for University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) affiliates, including Lancaster General/PA College and Princeton Health

Recover your PennKey username and reset your password
You can use the UPHS PennKey Password Reset Application to look up your PennKey username and reset your password using your UPHS network account information. (Your UPHS network login is the same that provides access to your computer, email, and other web-based applications like MedView.)

Log into Knowledge Link without your PennKey
You can use your UPHS network account information to log into Knowledge Link (without your PennKey) and access your training modules.
1. Visit http://knowledgelink.upenn.edu/ and click the "Login" button at the top of the page.
2. Click on the "Sign in with UPHS" button, and enter your UPHS network username and password.

UPHS has a PennKey and Knowledge Link support website covering PennKey Setup Codes, registration, passwords, Two-Step Verification, and physical PennKey support desk locations.
